Avoiding constipation

The way we eat will determine how good or bad will be the experience of our daily visit to the bathroom. Constipation is defined as a difficulty in defecation either for small amount of hard feces or a reduction on the number of defecation‘s for a week. Constipation itself it’s a problem but usually it’s a sign or something else that’s happening in our in our bowels. Constipation is a very common symptom and is usually attributed to a functional disorder or an inadequate diet. However it might be the early manifestation of an intestinal tumor as a colon cancer or even to serious diseases of the G.I. system. Constipation that appears without an evident cause or that persist should always be diagnosed by a physician. Here are some common things you can do to avoid constipation on your daily basis.

  1. Drink enough water keep yourself hydrated throughout the day. Drinking water and keep yourself hydrated will prevent the dry feces that are hard to expel.

  2. Eat a proper diet that include fresh fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and dry fruits.

  3. Consume enough fiber plant-based food. Plant-based food are the only ones that contain the fiber necessary, to among other things, move the feces normally throughout the intestine.

  4. Educated the bowel. Laxatives, enemas, glycerin suppositories, and other remedies my relief an acute case but not chronic constipation. However, persistent function of constipation is not cure by this measures. If you’re suffering from it since childhood do not ignore, it it’s a sign that could lead to other diseases.
