Our virtual presentations are free and interactive. We conduct a cookware toxicity test, prepare a few recipes, discuss nutrition information and more! Spouses must be present for the entire demonstration. Please allow 90 minutes. How To Prepare Please have the following items ready: 1 Carrot & Grater 2 Clear Glasses, Fork, & Spoon Baking Soda 1 Cup Measuring Cup & Teaspoon 4 Different Types of Cookware (Those that work on the stovetop - For example, stainless steel, Teflon, cast iron, non-stick) ​
